- Provide necessary information for HBRC administration to support decision making.
- Coordination between IT department and similar external IT departments for better cooperation.
- Develop a training plan for HBRC employees to increase their efficiency and productivity.
- Coordination with the scientific departments at HBRC to build a GIS-based database in different fields.
- Develop the pre-existing training programs at HBRC to be e-training courses available through internet.
- Administration of HBRC web site and develop a detailed plan to improve it.
- Develop and administer the databases of HBRC applications and plan for the new required databases and how to connect it to the already existing databases.
- Continuous development for e-business works.
- Plan and administer the Documents Archiving System at HBRC and the Agency for Technical Inspection of Built Structures.
- Building the electronic library and participating in electronic periodicals.
- Providing building consulting services in an electronic method.
